At TGK Motorsport, we are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is still in its original packaging. Please note: we do not accept returns on used or installed parts. Certain items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and returns requested after 30 days may also be charged this fee. Clearance items are final sale, and customers are responsible for verifying fitment for any application outside of stock configurations. We do not refund shipping costs, and we reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
Returned items must be received in good condition, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging. TGK Motorsport reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns or items arriving in used or damaged condition. Customers are also responsible for arranging shipping on any items that are rejected during the return process.

Why is there a restocking fee?
First, restocking fees are noted in the terms and conditions at checkout, but there’s an even more practical reason for them. Honest businesses, like TGK Motorsport, apply restocking fees to help manage costs associated with returns of non-defective items, ultimately keeping prices lower for our customers. Each return involves multiple costs, from processing and inspection to repackaging, which all add up when handling a return.
Returned items must undergo thorough inspection to ensure they’re in 100% resalable condition. Often, new packaging is required as materials are designed for limited use (the initial shipment and potentially one return). The time, materials, and labor involved in inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items are significant, and restocking fees help balance these costs to keep prices affordable for you.
For these reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or previously installed products, as all TGK Motorsport customers expect to receive brand-new parts. Additionally, if parts arrive damaged during return shipping, we may need to apply a higher restocking fee, as it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery. We appreciate your understanding!
