Overview
Jackal Motorsports, in partnership with Garage Auto Sports, is proud to offer OTS and full custom ECU tuning for the MK1 and MK2 Audi R8 platform. Covering both V8 and V10 variants across the 2008–2021 model range, this tune is delivered fully remotely at home via the Jackal Motorsports flasher — no dyno appointment or dealership visit required.
All power figures are measured at the wheels on a Mustang dynamometer. Beyond the substantial power and torque gains, the tune delivers a dramatically improved driving experience — sharper throttle response, smoother drivability, and even improved fuel economy during normal driving. Launch control for manual-transmission cars and an exhaust crackle map are also available.

How does the remote flashing process work?
After purchasing, you will receive the Jackal Motorsports flasher tool. This device connects to your R8's OBD port and allows you to upload and apply the tune from home without requiring a dyno visit or professional installation.
What does Stage 2 require on the MK1 R8?
Stage 2 on both the MK1 V8 and MK1 V10 requires an aftermarket exhaust system and drop-in performance air filters. These hardware modifications are prerequisites before the Stage 2 calibration can be applied safely.
Is custom tuning available for forced induction builds?

Are the power figures measured at the crank or at the wheels?
All power figures listed are measured at the wheels (whp / wheel torque) on a Mustang dynamometer. Crank figures will be higher depending on drivetrain losses.
