The TGK Motorsport flex fuel kit is a plug and play solution to adding flex fuel on Audi C7 4.0T Vehicles. Use of this kit is to add the ability to run anywhere from straight gasoline to E85 Blend as well as reveal the true power potential of your setup. Forced induction scenarios especially benefit from the use of ethanol, and these allow you to seamlessly switch between gasoline and ethanol without having to monitor your fuel content or reflash your tune.
This kit uses:
- Continental Flex Fuel sensor.
- Sensor Bracket to mount the sensor.
- Plug and Play wiring harness made with OEM connectors and terminals crimped with OEM tooling, as well as resistor inline already preinstalled. Harness also has a secondary output if you want to add a secondary ethanol content gauge.
- PFTE Lined braided lines
- All brackets included for install.
- GT150 Terminal already installed.
PLEASE NOTE: It is possible to install this kit without tuning, but to gain the most out of the kit, as well as to automatically mix blends, the kit and harness is mainly setup to use Dyno Spectrum Tuning DS1.

There are a decent number of options for 4.0t flex fuel kits on the market, and this one stands out. Everything is extremely high quality and well thought out. Fitment is perfect, there are no rattles, the included sensor bracket is beautiful, and the instructions are detailed & thorough.
I have installed a lot of parts on 4.0t cars, and if there is a TGK version of something I won't recommend anything else to my customers. The best parts, backed by the best customer service.
The TGK kit is a well thought out solution for hard mounting the sensor in the engine bay and providing the ability to reduce surging from the fuel system that produces the engine bay rattle. The kit is a direct swap out, and the install video was straight forward to follow and install in my own driveway. The inclusion of the pin for direct access to the OBDII connection, as well as the ability to have a second line to support additional gauges that need input is far superior than making your own harness/splicing in lines all over to make a solution to fit your needs. This whole kit will provide real time readings to the DS1, or other monitoring system of your choice (like P3 vent Gauge)
