It is advised to REPLACE the stretch bolts that hold the subframe in place, they are a multi-use bolt, but CAN stretch, or even bend like ours were.  We can supply them if you want them or you can source them from Audi:

Parts are very well designed and fit perfectly. Coating is great quality , and the instruction card was very helpful. OEM Hardware was included as a chosen option which is a huge bonus. Just know that you get nothing but the best from TGK Motorsports, period!!

Solid Upgrade - Get it?

This purchase was motivated by a suspicion that there was some laxity within the subframe of the Audi, specifically at the juncture where the differential and rear suspension are mounted. Despite tightening all other components, it was theorized that this would inevitably place undue stress on these four crucial mounts.

Upon evaluation, the results were remarkably positive, yielding a significant improvement. Notably, there was no perceivable increase in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) levels. Furthermore, the acoustic profile of the vehicle when encountering bumps improved comparably to the enhancements observed with the sway bars.

The vehicle now exhibits a marked reduction in tracking road imperfections with the rear wheels. Previously, a slight "wiggle" could be felt in the rear end under certain conditions, especially when the front of the car transitioned onto perfectly flat concrete while the rear was still navigating through depressed or pitted sections of the road.

Additionally, this upgrade addressed a resonation issue that was commonly reported by owners of the S6/S7 models. This issue typically manifested at speeds at around 50 and 80 MPH, particularly after upgrading bushings with inserts or replacements. I now believe that this resonance was effectively transferred to the four mounts, which are now securely fastened. With the introduction of differential inserts, the auditory focus has shifted exclusively to the front end of the vehicle, eliminating any differential noise entirely.

This enhancement not only rectifies specific mechanical concerns but also contributes to an overall more refined driving experience.
